ERP Mobile Migration
A cross-device Ionic migration for a business-critical custom ERP mobile product.
01 / Business problem
The decision behind the work
A $1B/year custom ERP mobile application needed to move to a more maintainable Ionic platform across three device types without losing alignment between business operations and technical delivery.
I owned the migration product across the business and engineering boundary, with the CTO as primary stakeholder.
02 / My product decisions
How the decision works
- 01Own one product across three form factors. I coordinated business and technical stakeholders around shared behavior, usability, and migration priorities.
- 02Make trade-offs visible. Scope, estimates, platform constraints, and stakeholder feedback were reviewed together.
- 03Treat maintainability as business value. Platform cost, scalability, and operational usability were part of the product outcome.
03 / Evidence
What the demonstration proves
This case study intentionally uses only verified resume claims. No reconstructed product screens, internal requirements, or proprietary implementation details are presented as evidence.
04 / Outcome
$150K+
Cut more than $150K in annual maintenance while improving usability and scalability across three device types.
05 / What I’d carry forward
A migration is a product decision, not a framework swap. The business must understand what improves, what stays stable, and how delivery risk is controlled.
