Promotional Planning Platform
A 0-to-1 rebuild that converted a manual promotional-planning operation into a scalable web product.
01 / Business problem
The decision behind the work
A high-value planning operation depended on manual workload and could not scale supplier participation or advertising revenue efficiently.
I owned the 0-to-1 product rebuild, connecting operating workflow, stakeholder needs, prioritization, delivery, and outcome measurement.
02 / My product decisions
How the decision works
- 01Redesign the operation, not just the screens. I mapped the manual workflow and targeted the decisions and handoffs creating avoidable labor.
- 02Keep the backlog decision-ready. I translated operating needs into a sequenced product roadmap and maintained delivery readiness.
- 03Measure adoption through business behavior. Workload, supplier spend, and revenue potential mattered more than feature output.
03 / Evidence
What the demonstration proves
This case study intentionally uses only verified resume claims. No reconstructed product screens, internal requirements, or proprietary implementation details are presented as evidence.
04 / Outcome
$7M realized
Cut workload 50-60% and saved $7M annually in labor. A separate upside model projected up to $30M in annual ad revenue based on $3K higher average supplier spend; that figure was a projection, not realized revenue.
05 / What I’d carry forward
The strongest 0-to-1 product work begins with the operating system around the software. Automating an unclear process only scales confusion.
